Information we collect
We process information you provide when you create an account or use the product, such as your email address, creator profile, saved workspace items, prompts, and content you choose to generate. We also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Connected YouTube data
If you choose to connect YouTube, Cretiq AI requests read-only access to your channel and YouTube Analytics data. This lets us show your channel name, thumbnail, subscriber count, total views, video count, and selected daily analytics such as views, watch time, average view duration, and subscriber changes. We use this information only to provide channel analytics, channel checkups, and personalized creator recommendations requested by you.
We store the authorization needed for the connection in an encrypted, HTTP-only browser cookie for up to 90 days so the connection can continue to work. Cretiq AI does not use YouTube data to sell advertising, build advertising profiles, or permit others to use it for their own purposes. You can remove Cretiq AI's access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use and share information
We use information to authenticate you, personalize tools, generate the output you request, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate Cretiq AI, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-managed authentication and encrypted authorization tokens. No online system can be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account by emailing us. You can disconnect Google access directly through your Google Account permissions. If we materially change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
